Our vacation continued on to Lawrenceville, IL to Teri's house!! We had a very nice visit and had an early Birthday Party for Libby. Her birthday is July 31!
All the animals took to John...and loved all the attention he gave them. There was Choc, the chocolate Lab, calico cat I think her name was freckles and the cute little white dog, Boy....
The girls made Emily up to look like Dolly Parton....it was so cute!!
Then we headed toward home and stopped in Tuscola, IL at Amishland!
We made it home that evening and cleaned out the van. We dropped Mom off at home and I started some laundry. I repacked and Monday morning we dropped Ieshia off to spend a few more days with her sisters, since they were getting ready to head home to San Antonio. John and I took Derek and Emily to Starved Rock,Matthieson state park, to an indoor Amusement park, IHOP, and finally the Marriot for some much needed rest!
Also, while we were up in that area...We stopped and seen my niece Melanie!
On the way home, we drove by Hennepin Canal, and Mautino State Park and stopped and walked around Ospray Lake.
We had a very busy but exciting week!! We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed spending time with my family!
