Knox County Scenic Drive

Today we got up really early and went to the Knox County Scenic Drive. We started out in London Mills and had breakfast. Then started looking around at all the crafts and flea market finds. There were a lot of fall/autumn things as well as plenty of Winter Decor such as snowmen and santa claus. After a few hours in London Mills we went on to Knoxville. While we were there we had lunch. There were several food stands. Then the kids did free face painting, pony rides, petting zoos, and of course more craft vendors. We found a few things there, but the prettiest things were the mums that Mom bought for her front porch! Then we went back towards Maguon and stopped at a roadside display that had over 100 vendors and refreshments. By then we had been out for 8 hours so we decided to go on home. We had a great time!! The weather was really nice at 85 sunny and a little breezy! We can't wait until next year!

Emily, Sharayah, Derek, Mom, Crystal and Ieshia are looking for bargains.

Derek and Emily liked the bird houses

They all enjoyed the free face painting.

Emily enjoyed the pony rides! She loves horses!

The kids enjoyed the petting zoo!

Me and Derek just finished with our lunch.

Sharayah and Ieshia eating lunch Later on that day John took me out for supper at Perkins! It was fun to have a date night for just the two of us. Mom watched the kids and took them to the Fire Station for the fried chicken dinner.

The kids loved playing on the fire trucks and taking pictures with them. After they got done eating, Mom took them around to look at Halloween decorations and then brought them home and had a movie night. They popped popcorn and watched Grizzly Falls. Needless to say, We all had a very busy but fun day!
